It is approximately 60 km west of Toronto making it part of the Greater Toronto Area.
Halton Hills is part of the Niagara Escarpment with many conservation areas with Bruce Trail running right through it. Towns and villages are surrounded by farmlands but the town is also home of many businesses and artists.
Georgetown is well know for being a home of the Little NHL, Acton for it leather factory and great fall fair, Glen Williams for its artist hub, Norval was once home of L.M.Montgomerry, Limehouse is proud for preserving its lime kilns situated on the Bruce Trail.
